How long until my order ships?
We prepare orders within 3 business days, then hand them over to Canada Post.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout using Canada Post rates — no markups. Orders over $25 CAD ship free within Canada; orders over $50 ship free to the United States.

Canada and the United States.

How do I track my order?
Our orders ship via untracked Canada Post mail, so there is no tracking number available. You will get an email when your order ships — and if it has not arrived and you are concerned, contact us and we will sort it out.

What if my order arrives damaged or late?
Contact us right away — we will refund or replace it.

Can I return something for another reason?
Yes. Items must be unused and in their original condition. You cover the return shipping, and we will issue your refund once we have received and checked the item.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every bookmark, sticker, magnet, and mini book is handmade with love in Quebec.
