  • Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Physical items: Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and an explanation of the issue.

  • Digital items: No refunds will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
